The Church of Santa María la Mayor, built in the 13th century, is a prominent example of Mallorcan Gothic architecture. Its imposing presence in the Market Square adds a historical touch to the city.

The Footwear and Industry Museum, located in the former Hospital of San Magín, offers a fascinating insight into Inca's industrial history. It exhibits antique machinery and documents related to footwear manufacturing.

Inca is also known for its agricultural landscape, with extensive almond and olive groves. The surroundings provide opportunities for hiking and enjoying the natural beauty of the region.
